This is actually a pretty hard one!
Uh ... I will go with Arl Howe. Because he's not a particularly interesting antagonist, especially compared with every other antagonist in the series who are pretty much made of win. But I don't really dislike him, I just don't have strong feelings either way where he is concerned.
Runner up would be Oghren who is in the same boat most of the time, though he does have some moments.
Still, it's impressive that I can't actually find a character I dislike in this series, just ones that I am generally apathetic towards. I can't think of too many other things with this large a cast that I can say that about.
