Apparently right now is not a good time for professors. Oe-sensei is sick and so Japanese is cancelled. The good news here is that I should have lots of time to go costume shopping with Margaret when she wakes up.

Today is prep for surgery day for Elphie, which means she is going to lose her food probably when I get back from Linguistics. Apparently she realizes this or something because she is going around being more insane than usual, attacking things on walls that AREN'T THERE (she keeps jumping on the bathroom door and I have no idea what she is going after).

So, waiting for Margaret to wake up now and figure out the costume hunting plan.

Finally finished watching Welcome to the NHK! It was a really interesting series. The ending wasn't as good as I would have liked, though there was still some interesting stuff there and it was solid. I just had been hoping for something amazing and didn't get it, but oh well.

So now all I am following is Death Note, NANA, Snow Queen, and Hataraki Man but that's only sorta because the fansub group hasn't released anything in two months or something for various reasons so I don't know if they'll ever continue but it wasn't the greatest series anyway so I'll live if they don't.

Also Nodame Cantabile the anime is coming out soon and so I think is Hana Yori Dango season 2, plus I have torrents for Meteor Garden so I can check that out. So I guess I'll still have a lot to watch, hurrah.

Attempt #2 to buy costumes = FAIL.

Margaret and I just missed each other somehow. Then she thought I had gone on without her and went into town, while I called home twice and wandered around campus. Good times. We'll try again on Friday.

One hour of vocals tonight then going to bed at a reasonable hour since I have to have Elphie at the vet's at 8:30AM tomorrow.

I watched more Snow Queen, the series is so good. I still think the episodes are a tad long though. But hey, whatever, it's good so I'm happy ^_^
