Debates like that are no fun in reference to your newer post. Hope I didn't offend you with the Sailor Stars chat yesterday. I admit it's pretty hopeless, but I hope a little :)

Is Huckleberry Finn any good? Because I like Twain. Can't stand Dickens though, so David Copperfield was ignored by me in post-1800 lit :)

I dare you to use a ROV image somewhere in your French Rev essay in place of boring portraiture :) [if they let you use images]

No, it wasn't that. Though that debate was always a bit frustrating, because it really is hopeless =P

I'm actually rather liking Huck Finn of late, though it took me a while to get to the point. I really actually liked an extremely minor character who was dead before the book even started, which was REALLY odd...but I still find her, or at least the idea of her, fascinating.

I don't like Dickens much either. Blah. Though I do wish I had battled through Tale of Two Cities, because I hear it has an interesting story.

XD I don't think they are images, but if I can get one in, I will!

I actually used Sailor Moon and CCS as references in a project for Restoration Literature with Dr.Lapp. We had a choice of stuff, and I chose Restoration style creative writing, so I wrote a short play [I think I lost if with my computer crash, but I think I have the printed version Somewhere], and chose to reference romance comics for examples of influences/modern things that tieinto it [specifically, Lesbian/Homosocial relationships, like Sailor Uranus and Neptune, and Tomoyo in CCSakura, whose quote merited SEVERAL exclamation marks and a WOW ^_^]. He actually liked it, as his daughters are Manga fans apparently.
