This was the most awesome day for pretties! My order came in AND Shoujo Beat appeared. The first anniversary edition, wow. New manga, Vampire Knights (or maybe just Knight) looks pretty snazzy so far, much better than Godchild at any rate so I am happy. NANA and Absolute Boyfriend continue to rock, while Crimson Hero and Baby and Me are still enjoyable enough. This issue they printed all the manga in colour rather than black and white, sorta like the Harlequin mangas that we all make fun of. It wasn't too bad, though I don't really see the point of it. It was actually rather distracting at first even, but I got used to it.

Paradise Kiss 3 is made of awesome, like that entire series. I love it so much. Except I'm still dying to make a character with Miwako as a PB, because she's just so cute! We'll see what happens with that (and I do have an OC in my head that has Isabella from ParaKiss as a PB too).

Haven't had a chance to read Kabuki and I've just started looking at Japanese Comickers, so that's what the rest of the evening is going to be spent doing probably. Especially since Margaret is out at a recruiter thing and won't be back for dinner, which means grocery shopping can be put off until tomorrow, since I'm not working.

Yuuhi: That's it, I'm DONE! I'm just an extra in this show anyway.

Mrs. Q: What do you mean? You're one of the main characters!

Yuuhi: I'm through! A small bit role, that's all I need. Or maybe there's some simple romantic teen comedy that needs a lead...

Ah, poor Yuuhi. I'm sorry you are stuck where you are, on the wrong side of a Watase love triangle. It really is tragic ;_;

So, after a long search, I managed to get Ceres 4. The Comic Shoppe didn't have it ;_; And then Chapters didn't have it. But Grinning Goblin Comics did, which was extra good because I've always wanted to buy something from them.

And then, while waiting for Mom to come pick me up, I folded and bought issue 1 of Shoujo Beat. Because it's the first issue and thus special. I WILL NOT BUY ANY OTHERS OUTSIDE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION, I SWEAR >:O

On a more serious and good note, I may have a job at another golf course...got called today and I'm going in to see them on Thursday. So hopefully no more picking flowers in the HOT, HUMID WEATHER. And better pay too.
