Himitsu meme thing making the rounds (or at least it apparently has; I can't see Rosa's, of course).
Characters I'm all around happy with
Irene - Right now, she actually has a LOT going on. Just little stuff but Cameryn is there and then there's Erin and Norman and there may be even more. As everyone knows, I've always enjoyed playing her more than most of my other characters but right now definitely has me happier than I've been for a bit (especially if other things end up happening!)
Mianne - Having Halster back has been just OMG so great. I finally feel like I'm actually on track with her again and finally this plot idea I've had for like, at least a year is probably going to come to fruition.
Caroline - Another girl who has plot moving well, I'm super excited about stuff with the fake Prince and definitely wish I had more time to fic because I really want to get the thing with her done.
Eudora - Other than the fact that her plot has suffered a bit of lag due to my being away, I really love where she is and am very excited about what will happen next (though I have no idea what that will be!)
Nansi - Oh, should go post with her ASAP, since she wanted to leave pretty soon this month. She's such a fun character and also has plot, though she's the type that is okay without too much plot really.
Hayden - Yes, I do have male characters I like too! Or at least I have one. I just adore this guy, quite possibly because he does have such a similar personality to Noel, the only other male character I've played in Himitsu that I truly loved and adored (though others definitely are high on my favourites list...just not as high as the favourite girls). I just LOVE where he is at right now. Very excellent.
Benedette - I am incredibly pleased with how Benedette has come along, she became established quite fast and got herself CR and small plotting. Now if only the Tarmon/Isanae wedding could HAPPEN so she could go off to bigger plot XD (though I do love seeing Tarmon squirm...as does Benedette, of course).
Characters I'm almost happy with but not quite
Maire - She had some really great moments but somehow Maire seems to lag a bit to me. She almost made the list above but I decided I was going to be picky. I need to figure out some things for her to deal with when it comes to her new assignment, hopefully that will give her more uh...omph, I guess I'll call it.
Isobel - Sort of similar to Maire. I love her to pieces but right now she doesn't seem quite a dynamic as those who made the first list, which is why she is down here right now.
Lark - I've actually been really impressed with how much she's grown lately. I just need to work more at figuring out what this means as far as her plot goes, though the trip to Colndor obviously is a major part of that.
Justine - Pretty much the same story as the first two. Less concerned about this one though because Justine just sort of...does this now and then.
Oscar - I really do love this kid and I've been liking his involvement in the Arwen plot quite a bit. I need to figure out something more for him for his OWN plot though, probably continuing this playing around with magic that Norman has started on (kid is going to get himself killed one of these days, I swear).
Kastel - He was my fifth character to finish last month, which was surprising. I think activity-wise he has settled in a bit, though as always he could use more CR. But I've been laying groundwork for him and stuff so just need to keep that going.
Lian - While I've really liked what she has been doing up till now, I feel like putting her in this category again for the same reasons as Maire & Co.
Megan - Also the same reasons
Kolton - I actually have been having a lot of fun with him, now that the larger plot stuff about leaving Franelcrew has pretty much been set it may be time to come up with something for him to do independently.
Xander - I have been having so much more fun playing him than I expected. I probably should uh, find out what the heck is going on in Rayla and how long it's lasting and stuff, so I can decide what he's going to do next, since he isn't planning on sticking around indefinitely.
Characters I'm struggling with
Patience - No surprise that he's here. I am about ready to launch his latest plot though, so hopefully it will remind me why I like playing him because I'm sure I do/did at one point.
Dale - He is ALWAYS here. Again, I have some ideas for him that I think are ready to put into motion, it's hard to know how successful it will be though because he's a bit of a bastard to everyone, if you hadn't noticed.
Gilbert - STILL UP FOR ADOPTION IF ANYONE WANTS HIM! But probably no one does, which is why I don't give him up completely. Anyway, we'll see if new plot helps with this at all. I think it will though...at very least it should give him a bit more regular CR.
Cylina - It PAINS me SO MUCH to put Cylina here. It really does because she is one of my favourite characters to play. But I think she's really been hurting with limited CR, especially given that she's lost most of what she had (for good reason, of course). It makes it hard to deal with current plot when she doesn't have anyone to talk to, though maybe with time Cerise could make headway there. We'll see, I guess.
Taylor - Always been a bit of a challenge but I think the current plot will keep me from having too much trouble with him. It's something, at least.
Morgan - I actually considering putting her in the other list, since she actually has had some development with her new job. But it's still just starting so I didn't think she had quite earned that spot but at the same time I don't think she really needs to be in this one either.
Flower - URG. I've been trying to change her voice up a bit and while it has improved things, she is still difficult. And I haven't come up with any solutions to this yet. Oh dear.
River - Is just a bit below Morgan, in that I'm not struggling as much as I was but I'm not quite almost happy with her either. But I have some ideas so she definitely has the potential to move soon.
IN CONCLUSION
I need to actually start POSTING this month. And get more characters moving up the list because the first one really is too small.
If anyone has any feedback/suggestions/etc...please let me know!
