I could go with the obvious choice of Black Market. And all and all that was definitely the worst episode. But I think my least favourite is actually Deadlock because we can't just ignore that episode AND it actually does have some good stuff in it. Actually, that's probably the worst thing for me because looking back it actually could have been a good episode. I personally think a lot of the deleted scenes are better than what was actually in the final cut and that they should have put them instead of the MANY scenes of Adama looking at the ship.

Also, it focuses on one of my least favourite storylines of the entire show. Yes, something I hate even more than the Quadrangle of DOOM (which Black Market starts to establish). But more on that later.

So unlike Black Market, Deadlock brings down a season that otherwise really doesn't have any missteps. It's also written by Jane Espenson, who usually does much better. So yeah, Deadlock overall is my least favourite episode and yet I still have to watch it to get the whole story. Boo.
