Life is coming under control again
Mar. 18th, 2004 04:39 pmWell, I finally found a way to make Computer Science more enjoyable. Work on something, ANYTHING else during class. I've worked on my planned webmanga thingy and fan fiction lately, and the time has been much more useful. Still annoying, but not as bad as before.
Plus since we had our last quiz today, I can actually consider not going to class sometimes, if I feel like I need a break. Then again, next week everything that is stressing me out this week will be over. And I won't know what to do!
Oh, the Anthro midterm went well, I think. I feel about as good about it as I did after the first one, which I got 92% on. Hopefully I'll keep my mark in the A range. I'm definitely sitting at an A in Classics too. Just finished getting some research for tomorrow's in-class essay. The first topic would be SO easy to do...I really hope he picks it as one of the two...he probably won't. He didn't pick the one I would have prefered last time. But the third one will also work, I guess. I'm ready, at least.
For other marks, I must be somewhere in the B range in Latin, because all my marks have been B's or A's, with one D-. That sucked. Pyscho I think I'm doing fairly good in, probably in the B to A range, and I'd say likely a B in computer science.
Basically, school is going about the same as normal. But I can't wait for it to be over and for me to be home again. And have a job. And have money. So that I can finance my anime addiction. Especially the trip to Anime North. Which reminds me, I still have to ask my uncle if it would be ok for Margaret to stay with him too, if she comes to AN. I'm sure it will be. Shannon's stayed there at least once before, and I'm sure my parents would like to meet her. Though she's definitely going to come to Ottawa sometime over the summer anyway. Would be cool to go to AN with her though. And with HerKatie.
Katie's coming tomorrow! Yayness! And she's going to sleep on my floor. Kinda yayness. It'll be great to see her...but I also will once again have a mattress blocking the drawers of my bed. Oh well. It will be worth it.
I think that's basically it. I have a very busy night tonight...musical practice plus the last anime club meeting before the con! YIKES!
Well...I'm not sure how much I will get to update during the Weekend of Doom, so this may be goodbye for a while.
