SQUEE!!! I have gloves!!!
May. 12th, 2004 05:09 pmI went on a shopping trip with my mother today and, as the title suggests, I got the gloves for my Hitomi costume. This is greatness! I really, REALLY wanted gloves, though I've always been saying that they aren't necessary. But now I have them, which is great. There were also only $20! Woot for prom season!!!
I also have some boots that I'm going to cover with white vinyl, and the vest is basically done. I looked to see if I could find a skirt to buy, but none of them were full enough. I guess I'll just have to make it. Hopefully I will have enough time to do this all. My aunt is busy making a wedding cake for the rest of the week, so I will have from Monday-Wednesday next week to do the skirt, the collar, and the Ryuichi shirt. This weekend I will have to concentrate on the necklaces and of course, Kuma-kun. And the shoes.
Wish me luck in getting this all finished, I may need it.
And perhaps the damned funding will finally come in, and I can make some money. Money is good.
I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow. I don't think it's been cut for about a year. I basically always get it cut around summer, and let it grow out so that I have long hair in winter. But around spring it gets too long, and annoys me (like it's doing now)
Well, now that you are all bored by talk of shopping and hair, I'm going to sign off.
