Jan. 26th, 2008 08:01 amLast night's shift did not suck as much as I thought it might. I've also discovered that, after working that 16 hour shift, 8 hours is a breeze.
Oh, I guess I haven't actually mentioned this, because uh...I don't know, I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but I have an interview with Random House on Monday, for an Online Marketing Assistant position. My friend Tan from Humber has or had that job (I know she's still at RHC, but I'm not sure what exactly her title is now) and she loved it, so I'm definitely excited at the possibility. Plus I actually have some slightly relevant experience with my Mount A blogging (and my own internet addiction, this LJ was SO mentioned on my cover letter...and Monday is also my LJ anniversary, I think it's 4 years now, maybe?...anyway...)
Yeah, I would really, REALLY like this to pan out. Because I just need to get out of Tims and get a job where I can actually fully support myself. And start paying back Grandma for Humber and my parents for other stuff and GET A WII. This is the main goal :]
