It turns out I'm not working 6 days in a row, because I only have four days schedule next week, at least at the moment. I also am no longer the nightshift baby, the new girl is 19. And pretty cool too.

So glad to not be working tonight. I do have some things to do today, including returning the movies to Blockbuster and picking up my membership card at the Hairy Tarantula. And probably failing to resist buying something, but I'll bring my tip money which I feel less guilty spending ^_^

Also, groceries. Because I need to break the pattern of avoiding this until I have absolutely no food left because it's annoying.

Edit: I can't believe I forgot this, but better late than never...

I think that groceries are out, because it's dark and cold and I can survive a bit longer without it. Also, I suck.

I have some new shiny books from the Geek Shop! Vol 7 of Nodame, vol 5 of Gunslinger Girl, and I finally own The Twelve Kingdoms, after waiting AGES for the d*mn thing to come out in paperback.

I rented Knocked Up too, because I've wanted to see it for awhile. I also apparently forgot to uh...make sure Pride & Prejudice was actually in its case before returning it, oops. But since I'll watch Knocked Up tonight, I can return both of them for real tomorrow. And make sure I mention that P&P needs to be resurfaced, because two scenes just wouldn't play (which is a shame, but I'll live).

And all this just using the tip money that had piled up.
