Oh god, I'm reformatting this .doc to take out the pretty book stuff and make it straight text, but the d*mn thing is a nightmare. It keeps making things have two columns and doing other dumb stuff and I have been fighting with it for an hour and I'm not even halfway through!!!

I am no longer annoyed at the author/whoever was revising this for not fixing it him/herself, because it really is a mess.
