Day 6 – Your least favorite episode

So, in all the Oprah hullabaloo, I missed a day. Oops. Oh well, if I had actually accomplished this within 30 days, I would have been pretty shocked.

Anyway, I said that yesterday was hard but this day is definitely 10x harder. There isn't any episode I really dislike. And so, like with least favourite character, I need to find one that I'm just sort of meh about.

So, I mentioned in my least favourite character post that Sage was my runner up. This episode is the reason and her storyline is why it gets to be least favourite. While I generally love the flashback episodes, I just feel like this one makes a mess of what it is trying to explain. And it introduced a terrible character who OF COURSE has ties to the Originals and OF COURSE turns up at just the time when she is being thought of.

So yeah, this episode has the weakest writing and continuity and does such a bad job introducing Sage that even her character having good moments in the next two episodes is not enough to redeem her.
