i_paint_the_skyI have finished my first Dragon Age: Inquisition playthrough and it was AWESOME. Definitely love this game as much as those that came before it.
I have two more complete playthroughs of DA:O and DA2 but I am going to take a break and finish up some other games I'm in the middle of before I play more. Very likely one of said games will be Mass Effect (I'm in the middle of 3 in my second replay of the series).
I have so many plot bunnies, though I'll admit a lot have to do with characters from Origins and 2 reacting to what went on in Inquisition. And some day I should get another chapter of The Mistress written.
But for now, how about another day of the meme!
My favourite quest is Legacy, the main quest of the DLC for DA2 of the same name. I just love the heck out of this DLC and all the worldbuilding it brings up. It's the only chance we really have to get to know Malcolm Hawke, plus I like all the Grey Warden stuff that pulls things back to DA:O, since otherwise there really isn't much Warden presence in that game.
I'll pick two runners up, one for Origins and one for Inquisition (mild spoilers though I don't really go into great detail).
Origins: Another DLC pick here for the terrible but amazing Return to Ostagar. The moment where you find Cailan is still one of the most powerful scenes I've ever witnessed in a game.
Honourable mention to the Human Noble warning, which did a remarkably good job of getting the player to care about the Cousland family, before promptly killing them off.
Inquistion: Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. I had a tough time with the actual playing of this at points, because I hadn't realized there was a Find button and I missed seeing a door that I could actually get through. But it really was the perfect blend of action, politics, and intrigue, which are things I really love. Plus it was nice to really see Orlais this time round.
However, given the trend I'm seeing, this could very well be displaced when some Inquisition DLC starts to get out.
