i_paint_the_skyI spotted a link to this article on Facebook and thought it might make an interesting meme-type thing. Because apparently I'm into spamming with those these days.
Cross out any that you already know how to do
1. Say "no" without feeling guilty
2. Book their own travel
3. Say "I'm sorry" and mean it
4. Laugh at themselves
5. Change a tire
6. Take themselves out to dinner and/or a movie -- on their own
7. Get around in a foreign country
8. Program and operate their TV
9. Mix at least a few classic cocktails
10. Do their own taxes (I admittedly don't but I could, if I had to. It's just easier when you have a parent who is an accountant.)
11. Invest in the stock market
12. Make themselves and their own needs a priority
13. Sew -- at least a little
