Ok, I am hell-bent on staying awake to watch the rowing finals tonight. I had to give up last night (just before the final that Canada got silver in, of course, though I think I kinda heard the results because I did know they were second the next morning). Hopefully it will be a gold tonight. And hopefully it won't go too much past 1:30!!!

Oh, and I so am caught up on Seeing Double. Everything that has been written at all is now typed. The next scene will be interesting, but I'm not going to be thinking about it for awhile. I also did a little work on Show and Substance, which made me happy. And I got the Slytherin update.

Also I have begun packing for university. I will be back in just over two weeks!!! WHEEE!!!!!

Finally, you may notice that Mayura icon has been updated...it now has three more words on it. Yay.

That is all.

Bloody hell, this is one of the entries that I had all written up, and then accidently closed the box (I was aiming to get the Word one >.<).

Anyway, I have been continuing packing and have decided that I really have too many clothes. I have 3 suitcases filled to the brim and I'm not bringing every little bit of clothing that I own @_@ Craziness.

I can't believe that I'll be at Mt A in 2 weeks exactly. So cool. After all this waiting for summer to end, the fact that it is is rather surreal.

Family dinner is here tonight. I'm definitely going to miss it while I'm at school. It's odd that after next week, I won't be at another one until Christmas. And after Christmas, I won't be at it again until next summer @_@

My Dad is making his wonderful lasagna, which I love to death. Lasagna is the greatest...unless Sodexho made it. Why do I have to suffer eating there for another year? WHY???

I made the garlic bread, and it has SO much garlic in it. Three cloves, hand-chopped by me, and two of them were rather giant and juicy (one of them was probably the size of two regular cloves). I love garlic too ^___^

Well, that's about all, except to cheer Canada on in the Olympics. Our rowers may have shocked us all by not winning, but we have a lot of other great athletes. I mean, we won in GYMNASTICS. We never win gymnastics. And there are lots of others, I'm sure.

The end of this entry is going to be my booklist, as stated in the title. These are the books I want to read in the next while, outside of school (it may be slow going though, since I am going to be reading a LOT).

Books To Read

- Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowlings (I'm halfway through re-reading this one)
- The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory
- William Shakespeare, the Life and Work by Anthony Holden
- Wolfskin by Juliet Marillier
- The Kushiel Trilogy by Jacqueline Carey (Kushiel's Dart, Kushiel's Chosen, Kushiel's Avatar)

I'm certain that manga, as it comes available, will be read in between these books too.
