Well, that was odd @_@
May. 3rd, 2005 01:31 pmSo, I was sitting in my room, watching Oprah, and I hear this banging sound. Because it sounds like it's inside the house, I'm rather curious as to what it is. So I walk out of my room and hear it coming from my parent's bedroom. So I look in.
Outside one of the windows, there is a huge woodpecker, putting holes in the window frame.
I went outside, trying to shoo it away and get a picture...it was a bit skittish so I couldn't get a shot of it on the window, though if it comes back I'll try one then. It looks like it's been a very busy creature, a lot of the trees out there have holes in them. And now so does the window frame.
Silly birds =P

(no subject)
May. 3rd, 2005 09:44 pmThis day has been productive...but not in the ways I thought it would be. My time got a bit consumed with making dinner. And just now I finally went through all my episodes of Gundam Wing on the computer and got rid of any I don't need for writing my 3+4 fic.
But I haven't done anything on the to-do list. I even forgot to make sure the movie was brought back...I don't know if it was or not. I wrote like, 100 words. Hopefully I'll get a few more done by the end of the night.
Watching The Amazing Race, I really hope to older team doesn't get eliminated, they rather rock. I don't like Ron and Kelly, I can't believe she tried to say that he (I think he's her fiance) got out of the army by being a POW. I mean, WTF? Because you want to be a POW @_@
I've been reading one of the fantasy books I got at Animaritime,The Mountain's Call by Caitlin Brennan...and there's a love triangle in which it ISN'T obvious who will end up with whom. I think it will be Valeria and Euan, but Kerrec is possible too. Euan however has had sections from his POV, which rather strongly suggests that he is the more important character. But he also seems to be somewhat of an enemy. It's rather interesting, though a bit hard to follow at times.
Anyway, please old guys...get going! They will be 3rd or 4th...and 4th = last.
DAMN...older team (Meredith and Gretchen) is eliminated (the last round was non-elimination so ;_;)
