Wow...I have signed up for an individual audition for G&G this year. First time ever. I always avoided it before, using the fact that you had to prepare a monologue as an excuse. But this year you get to do a cold reading from the script. And there is a seperate dancing audition. So yeah, I have no more excuses. Signed up for the spot after Margaret, so she can make sure I actually go.

I think I'll sing Somewhere Over the Rainbow, since I know the words by heart already and it has a fairly decent range in it too.

Exhausting general auditions, I feel very out of shape ;___; Now it's time to put together the fake house, since we are showing it to someone tonight, which is good since unfortunately Sammy forgot to pick up Kate's cheques when she was in Riverview T_______________T

Alright, I have two tasks for myself this night, though I think they may have to wait until after dinner because I'm currently rather exhausted and think I'll take a nap.

But I really, REALLY want to start in on the research for my essay on Marie Antoinette and I would also like to get a bit more of a start on reading Pale Fire.

Okay, I got through the forward in the book I'm doing research from right now, there are 5 chapters in the book so I figure if I do one every night for the next week, I'll be done by Friday and that will be good. I have a feeling this book will be the most important source for the essay, since it's all looking at the pamphlets about Marie-Antoinette and how they created a mythology of general evilness around her. It's interesting but really horrifying stuff. They have translations of some of the pamphlets in the back of the book and they are really, REALLY obscene. And I've read bad fic like Celebrian @_@

Anyway, chilling out for the rest of the night. We showed the house earlier, I think it went well, a few awkward moments when we were hanging out in the empty room afterwards, but I think it went okay. Hopefully we hear back from her soon...extra hopefully we get good news back.

So, now I am going to go and shut the door and practice singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow I think, while also Himitsuing because it's fun! And my fic is moving decently for once, which is extra nice.

I hope Shiro is back soon...I miss tackling her T___________T
