Kate just left for work, so I probably have another 8 hours to amuse myself. I am going to work on my bloody Sekrit Santa fic and I WILL GET A GOOD PART OF IT DONE, I SWEAR D:

Oh, and Kate is evil and has finally made me fold and get Gmail. I'm not going to make a full switch over to it for a bit though, just to see if I really do like it as much as everyone claims I will.

Hanging out has been really fun, not too much has exploded, take that universe. Though her memory card seems to be somewhat...dead, and we tried watching The Last Unicorn but had issues with the VCR tracking and thus gave up. But other than that, things have been going well. So yay.

Now time for ficcing. And trying to convince this computer that it wants to be able to play ep 1 of Mars.

Well, that was fun. I've decided to give up on my attempt to get this computer to play Mars, it's just not going to work, not only can I not get it to play the subtitles, but the audio is missing too. And I don't trust this computer enough to want to do too much to try and get it to play things. So yeah, that's another thing we can't do -_-

I really wish the VCR would work. Blah.

Oh, and I also just CANNOT write my Sekrit Santa fic, at least not the first fic idea. I think I might throw that one away...I don't really like it anyway. And I think I can get the other one finished. Hopefully.

I'm going to go play with the cute puppy now, and possibly go find some food because Kate HAS food now since I took her grocery shopping XD

Oh, SACKVILLE PEOPLE (or New Brunswick people in general) and is there supposed to be a blizzard sometime soon? I need to decide whether I have to take the earlier bus back to Sackville tomorrow or stay later like I want to and then cut it pretty close to the train station.
