So, I finished reading W Juliet vol 3 and think that I shall keep collecting the series, though not as obsessively as I do with other series. Top priority right now goes to Genbu Kaiden, Paradise Kiss, and Dramacon (first and last obviously are dependent on when new stuff comes out). RG Veda is also important to get.

I think I might hold off for the moment at getting more of The Queen's Knight, since I have a few other series on the go as well (NANA and Absolute Boyfriend, though since I have Shoujo Beat those two aren't urgent, and of course there's W Juliet and Angel Sanctuary).

So much manga. I had to kick MARS and Gravi out of my main manga shelf so I'd have room for it all. There's a few series I would like to sit down and re-read too...actually, most of the ones I own XD

Damn, looks like it is going to rain today, wchih means that our starting schedule might get pushed back and I might not get to start painting until next week. This really sucks, since I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to get money from my parents to be able to pay June's rent cheque, because I won't have gotten paid again before that -_-

Blah.

Well, since I have a day off anyway, I'm going to go grab my to-do list of DOOM and be happy it's one of the few times I actually used tags on an entry (I never got into the habit, maybe I should try again).

Hey, look, it's the To-Do List of DOOM, on now to its third summer. Yay it!

I last used this list on Aug 8th, 2005. Hopefully I've managed to complete a fair bit of it by now.

All and all, I'm pretty pleased with my progress, I have gotten a lot of the old stuff done, eventually. It will be interesting to see the next incarnation, where I get rid of everything that's crossed out and try to get the rest done.

Oh, and now it is (or maybe now it's was) raining -_-

Finished reading Love Roma, it was very cute and amusing and different, everything I expected it to be...but I think it's not really my thing. I am glad I read it because it is nice to see something more unique than some other stuff I have, but at the same time it shows that maybe the reason for all the similar stuff is because the similar things are what attract me and draw me in.

So, with my re-arranged manga bookshelf, all the "current" series are on the top, so that's RG Veda, NANA, Genbu Kaiden, Absolute Boyfriend (those three beside each other makes me annoyed at Viz, with their new make all the Shoujo Beat manga spines look VERY similar...at least before the font would change), Dramacon, The Queen's Night, Paradise Kiss, Angel Sanctuary, and W Juliet.

Wow, that's alot. And I want to add in XXXHolic and Tsubasa sometime -_-

So now it looks like I won't start painting until Monday, because of some weather delays, which of course is completely understandable, but still irritating. I just keep thinking of the job with Isla that I would have had if I wasn't out here and that just depresses me because I'd be making more money and I'm sure I would have been working for probably two full weeks by now or something...

I'm sure that things will get better as the summer progresses, but right now...bah.
