My alarm worked today, which is good. I wanted to have my last day not start with a phone call about being late. Of course, because I was worried about the alarm I was pretty much lying awake-ish for the last half an hour or so, wanting to see if it would work and hoping it would because I really need a working alarm and all.

I plan on going in a bit early, in order to enjoy an Egg McMuffin meal from MacDonalds first. Mmmm, hashbrowns ^____________^

Then 7-3, after which I leave and never have to work at Tims again (hopefully). And then I likely have to sleep, though I also have to do research and see if I can at least get everything ready to write my Linguistics term paper, which I have to do before noon Monday if I want my mom to get a chance to look at it.

So it's a nice, busy day.

I no longer work for Tim Hortons!~

It feels very good to get out of there, though I will miss the people. Today was hellish because it snowed all night which left only four people able to get into work this morning (two of whom were late). Of course, at first it was pretty slow, but then suddenly there were people and it was insane. Especially for yours truly, as I was on drivethrough...ALONE. Which means that I was doing the jobs of 2-3 people by myself.

Anyway, I need to get my research for Linguistics done today, so that either tonight or tomorrow morning I can write my term paper. I also need to just sit for awhile, especially since I stubbed my toe this morning and only discovered that I had a cut under the nail when I was cutting the nail to try to make it feel better (it hasn't worked yet, but I'm hoping the shock of being allowed to bleed will pass and then walking won't be as painful).
