(no subject)

Okay, plan adjust to EST is now go. I was dead tired last night at 9:40 and so went to sleep, and was waking up around 6AM. Both signs that I have no adjusted. But I will force myself, since I'm going to be here for awhile this time XD

Plan to get the cat and dog to play nice is also going okay. We were watching the hockey game in the family room last night and I noticed Elphie looking forlournly out the French door so I decided that we would try the dog-on-leash, cat-freely-roaming thing. It went well, though Shadow still lunges at her at times. Which Elphie isn't so much a fan of. I've now heard her hiss. But there were good moments so we'll keep trying.

There are a few more plans going at the moment (plan get Vicki a nice spring jacket, plan get Vicki pants, and plan EB Games trade) but they are on hold at the moment until the brakes on my mom's car get checked out because the ABS (?) aren't working, though the regular breaks are.

Yay, my computer is online! I couldn't get it to work for awhile. I still don't know what happened to the sounds it's supposed to be making when it does connect, but whatever. The real problem was that I had to add 613 to the front of the number because Ottawa now has to have the area code dialed before any number. Which is weird.

Went shopping with my mom. I have three new pairs of pants and two new bras! I am happy. Especially about the bras ( Bra talk! )

I also did the EB Games thing...however, I only managed to sell back my GBA, one GBA game (a Batman one that I didn't really like) and one Gameboy Color Game (Mario Tennis)..and for all this, I got $6. But I'm getting paid tonight and they had Hotel Dusk, which I REALLY wanted, so now I have it.

I also have the book I need to read before getting to Humber. It's bigger than I would have liked, but oh well...I'll deal.

I also have Angel Sanctuary 3 (FINALLY!) and The Dark Mirror by Juliet Marillier from Chapters, along with a copy of Kushiel's Chosen for Shannon as a birthday present, since she's been loving Kushiel's Dart so much (but she better not have already bought this one!)

I might be going cellphone shopping tonight, if Dad feels up to it.
