I keep looking for "thecleric007" on my LJ login thingy. There have been times of great confusion as to where it is. Win XD!

So, today is figure out how to get to Spadina subway and see Katie day. I'm pretty sure I've gotten it all down. Especially because it involves a subway which is EASY. I like subways. And the bus I have to catch looks really easy too.

I have survived my first trek in and out of Toronto, hurrah! I had a lovely lunch with my uncle Bruce and then met up with Katie and spent the day wandering the Kensington market. I bought some books at Coles with my gift card (vol 2 of both Nodame Cantabile and Genshiken, and a Luna book that I have been eyeing for awhile written by one of the authors who was in the first book bag I got at the Animaritime auctions), got a cool vintage dice necklace to match one that Katie bought, and I have the first Fushigi Yuugi artbook which has the extra bonus of being translated. We went to a cool Japanese store that had manga in Japanese, sadly most of it was only rental (or else I would have bought the fanbook volume of NANA, since I doubt it will be translated).

Now I am home and have a bit of a headache and am just tired, which makes sense since I was on the go for about 8 hours or so.

Tonight I need to get some reading done and that's about all I have planned. Orientation tomorrow, so exciting!
