I've been watching trailers at apple.com. I went there looking in particular for the extended Sunshine trailer, which does it much more justice than the TV spot since I now really want to see it. Watching the trailer reminds that, even though I've never really been a big reader of sci-fi, I love watching it!

Also the Beowulf movie looks interesting and has a cool enough cast that I can overlook Angelina Jolie, I think. The Golden Compass also looks good, I definitely need to try and read that book since I've had it for ages (my aunt Joan just loves it).

I have a test this morning for Editorial which I'm not looking forward to, though I think it will go fine. More an annoyance than anything else. Hopefully the rest of the class will be okay, since we don't have any horrible speakers.

GAH, DIAL-UP IS THE DEVIL! I've been online for less than five minutes and I'm already ready to scream!

Back in Ottawa and all alone at home because Dad's at a soccer game and Mom's at a Chamber Music Festival concert. This isn't a bad thing, I guess. I just find it strange/amusing that I've only been home for like, an hour and a half and I've already been abandoned. Alas.

I just randomly dyed my hair!

I was thinking on the drive to Ottawa that I had a thing of brown hair dye here, from back when I was trying to cover up the remnants of my pink hair. And since my roots were showing and I have interviews coming up, I thought that redying would be the way to go. So I guess I'm a brunette again, as long as the dye covers up the red (which I expect it to do without much problem...it might be a bit two-toned, but whatever).
