(no subject)

Yay, I have internets.

My landlady is trying to set up a wireless network or something but of course she doesn't know how to do it and the guy she has helping her doesn't seem to know that much either. I can't connect through it, at any rate, though right now I am thinking that it could very well be that the signal isn't getting through, since the router is on the second floor and I'm in the basement. Any opinions on this?

I'm back hooked up the regular way and he's going to come back tomorrow to work on it. Or something. I don't know, I'm annoyed by the whole thing because I just want my internet to work.

Work last night sucked less than I thought it would. I actually did try to call in sick because I was feeling really crappy (headache, cramps, etc...) but only two people were scheduled to work so I had to go in anyway.

I also do work tonight, but I'm feeling better about that possibility after a long sleep. That's the one nice thing about the job, I get to sleep a lot afterwards and don't have to worry about waking up in time to head out. The downside is I have less awake time at home. But that's what days off are for!

I have Monday night off, and both Friday and Saturday, which is excellent because of Laura's wedding on the 13th.

My parents are also back from Greece, sounds like they had a great time. I finally got to share with them important news stuff and just talk, because I rather missed being able to do that when they were gone.

Uh, so in the few hours I have until I head out for work, I have to:

- watch Smallville, and Desperate Housewives
- do the dishes
- clean up my apartment
- try to get the Braided Lives chapter done

There's a few more things I'd like to do, but I'll leave that for tomorrow when I have more time.
