So, I am off to Ottawa for the Carp Fair, hurrah. Leaving today, back early Monday in time for training to work the polls on election day, which should be interesting (not to mention profitable).

Will probably be around as much as I'm always around when I visit the 'rents.

Right, that was a bit of an ordeal.

So, I was supposed to get off the bus at the Kanata Town Centre. Only the bus only goes there if it's requested to. Which I discovered too late, so I ended up downtown, with no way to contact me dad who was waiting for me. So I ended up getting my uncle Steve to rescue me, drive me to the town centre, when I then had to wait for dad to come back and get me.

But I am finally here. And, surprise surprise, I already am pissed at their dial-up connection. Stupid dial-up needs to die.

Going to dinner and the theatre tonight, should be fun. Then church, Carp Fair, and family dinner tomorrow. And then back to TO. Visiting shall be better when I'm at Indigo and can arrive Friday night.
