Back from X3. Very awesome. I'm oh so tempted to try and make the Phoenix costume...or just dye my hair the same colour, because OMG it was so pretty.
I love how the movie really couldn't care less about comic canon. When the first one came out, I didn't like it so much, but it's definitely grown on me and I've realized that trying to deal with comic canon baggage would just be too much trouble.
So it was an awesome night. I also made my favourite of my steak concoctions, steak and cheese sandwiches on buns that were grilled with garlic butter (that also had chives and oregano in it). Very yummy.
Only downside really would be the whole raining all day so we couldn't play tennis and got nice and wet on the walk over to the Vogue.

on 2006-06-11 12:53 am (UTC)I liked how Psylocke was there, even if just in the lil' Bad Girl squad of her, Callisto and Arclight [Arclight? wow, that's obscure but cool :)], and even though she became Phoenix-Fodder.
My favorite geeky parts were Multiple Man in general, and Callisto and Storm's showdown in the big Phoenix tussle.
