Usually i did my homework the hour befor eclass started and studied for a tad bit longer when tests came up. But you might wanna give a tad more time than that though. The homework isn't really all that hard. Basically after you learn the two main alphabets, you just do sentences until doomsday, with the occasional kanji test near the end of the year. You will hafta do a paper though, but it'll be given around Con-time (possibly a week or so before break). But the start of the year is basically the 2 alphabets and the most basic of sentences.
