i_paint_the_skyAlright, Meredith posted this challenge and it sounds like it could be fun! Plus, as you all MAY HAVE NOTICED...I'm a bit obsessed with lists.
List your top 10 favourite scenes from BSG. Somewhat in order, at least at first.
1. The last scene of Resurrection Ship, Part II, aka the first A/R kiss. Expect a lot of A/R moments to be in here.
2. Kara plays All Along the Watchtower. This moment gives me chills just thinking about it.
3. The scene in Baltar's lab in Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down. The dinner scene is also great but this has the unison look at Lauroslin by Adama and Tigh and is just hilarious.
4. Discovering the second Earth.
5. Every. Single. Scene in Unfinished Business. I am totally cheating here but I don't care.
6. Adama gets shot. My favourite finale moment because of sheer shock value and a simplicity in it that the others don't have.
7. The ending of The Hub. About time.
8. One Year Later. Because BSG was brilliant enough to do the time jump before everyone and their dog was. And because New Capriasco is just...yeah. The more you think about, the more horrible it gets.
9. The Opera House vision revealed. Though it ended up being maybe not as important as it could have been...the visuals in that moment were amazing, especially the Final Five.
10. Laura's death. It's such a beautiful scene, so heartbreaking...theirs really was the emotional end of the series, while what happened next was the intellectual ending.
