paint the sky with stars

I have a wonderful new icon, made by angiescully that quite amuses me! The footage is from one of Mary and EJO's latest interviews. So awesome! And I'm usually not a fan of animated icons.

So, today I got some money from Indigo to make up for an error with payroll that shorted me about 30 hours (oops!). Then I had lunch with Bruce, which was nice. Got home, FINALLY did the dishes and then I made coleslaw.

I've been very productive with writing lately. I have my first BSG fic started and posted, I am waiting for the end of Braided Lives to come back from me, and I have been doing work on my project that I'm calling Modern Fantasy at the moment. It has been very excellent.

No word back on any job applications yet, but I'm still looking. I'm a bit annoyed that we didn't seem to get the local paper this week though. I was going to see if there is anything nearby that would be workable.

Last week at Indigo. Boo. Oh well, at least I don't have any opening shifts. I hate waking up for those.

Here is the schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 9-5; Wednesday and Thursday, 10:30-6:30; Friday, 9-5.

There are a few postings online for Chapters that I need to apply for. First I need to update my resume.

Yesterday I was productive lady (except for the lack of job hunting, which I admit I'm avoiding a bit right now). I made bagels and spaghetti sauce, as well as got some writing and exercise done, and picked up working BSG season 3 DVDs. Good times.
