Okay, first off, yes, I know I promised Mexico post by now. I am lame. Deal with it.

Second, I have finally decided that Stargate Universe is just not for me. I watched like, 6-7 episodes and just really didn't care about the characters, even the ones I did actually like. That may seem a bit contradictory but it isn't.

However, now that I have SGU out of the way I was watching some new stuff that I downloaded and started with Life Unexpected and it is just charming and wonderful and I love it! I mainly watched because I loved Shiri Appleby on Roswell and it's nice to see her doing stuff again, plus the premise sounded interesting and yeah, I spent like the entire time it was on squeeing over it to Margaret via AIM. Good times.

I have a few more things to watch, mainly the first four hours of 24 (and I should download the 5th which aired last night), the pilot of Spartacus, Blood and Sand, the aired pilot of Caprica, and I still have the second season of Being Erica to watch and I have season 1 and 2 of Big Bang Theory downloading.

And I have tomorrow off.

I wasn't thrilled by Spartacus but I think it has potential. And it has Lucy Lawless as a redhead. That gives it lots of points of awesomeness.

You might want to give Community a shot. It's only got about thirteen aired episodes to date, half an hour a pop. I'm sort of entirely taken with it.

Yeah, Community and Modern Family seem to be the new comedies to watch. I might have to add them to the list (though you realize the more short things that get added, the farther Supernatural gets pushed, right? XD)

If you give up on this whole plan (which I truly hope you won't) then I will leave you alone about it. But you asked for help staying on track, so I'm going to bug you ... what you are undertaking is HARD, and I applaud you for it. I'm also going to serve-up my cheerleading and pom-pom waving with a reasonable amount of whoop-ass if and when I feel that could be helpful.

Like, uh, now, when you've just come back from a vacation, have some time off work and it's cold outside and the gym seems far, far away. Amiright? Right.
