To-do list = BEATEN INTO SUBMISSION, HURRAH!
And it didn't even take as long as I thought to get done. Also I'm sort of loving my new bike already, I could really feel the difference between a city bike and a mountain bike on the trip home. Which took significantly less time than I thought which I think is a combination of the better wheels and the fact that I use the cycles at the gym a lot.
I also realized that people use zip-ties to attach baskets/milkcrates on the back rack of a bike. I can get those from work, hurrah! Now I just need to gosteal find a milk crate and I'll be golden (it will be much easier to transport groceries than having bags looped around the handlebars).
And no, I can't ride my bike with no handlebars. Sorry Doctor.
