Aug. 17th, 2004 10:46 amOk, I had a bit of trouble getting this even posted, because I got to work today and found the Internet rather not working. When I open IE, it tells me that every domain is for sale, including Google, Hotmail and Yahoo. Maybe I should buy one of them, I’m sure there’s big money in them!
Anyway…my plans for last night got rather hijacked by an unofficial Grindelwald chat. Oops. I was even the one to start it, since I noticed so many people from the RPG were online (more even then were at the last official chat, I think). And then there were the spamming wars. As always, my character was in the middle of things. Why are mine always the big fighters? It doesn’t matter what fandom, if there’s a fight, chances are I’m in the thick of it.
I honestly don’t know what I did before I started playing Marietta though. She’s just SO much fun. Characters that no one likes are great.
I also got to talk to
akeyoftime for a bit (though the chat was rather preoccupying me), which was very nice. I finally know what Suguru’s password was too…I probably could have gotten it, had I tried to hack in one more time.
Before the chat started however, I did actually do some work on Seeing Double. I’m actually surprised with how short it is, only just over 1000 words at the moment. Of course, there are a few more scenes do be dealt with, that should be fairly long. I hope it will be between 1500-2000 when it’s done.
So, my goals for tonight are the same as they were last night: type all of Seeing Double that I’ve written so far, perhaps plan the next scene even, and get the latest monologue for Liminal finished and posted.
Only four days of work left to go!
