Bah, my Internet is being stupid. Anyone else on the MTA network having problems? I have to refresh about a million times before I can see anything...if I ever see the page. It's especially bad for Hotmail, which is annoying.

Anyway, today I must get together a bibliography for my American History paper. And I told Big Sister Brother that I would get a book out of the library, if I had to go (I think I might be able to do it on the computer, which would be nice).

I definitely need to get a move on concerning my projects. And the job search for the summer, since I accidently forgot about it and I think I missed some of the jobs who had applicaton deadlines in Feb (though there are a fair number in March).

So much stuff to do...and my room still isn't clean. It's better, but not clean. And I have to do laundry but I don't think I have any coins -_-

I didn't think it would happen this year, but once again February seems to rather suck. It's winter and busy and just very blarg-ish. I'm getting fed up with residence life and have a very strong desire for this term to just be over. I'm still really looking forward to next year though, HOUSEHOUSEHOUSE!!!!!!

Talked to Kate last night for a few hours, discovered that my phone is absolutely insane when it comes to warning about battery death...it beeped at me for about 40 minutes. I wanted to see how long it would go till it died, but Kate was sleepy and since we've been encouraging her to actually sleep, I let her go. It was nice to talk to her, plus I had to tell her when Margaret and I are going to be in Riverview and try and figure out when she is getting here for Animaritime.

In two weeks, the con will be over @_@

Crazy.

So, after re-started teh evil machine (aka my computer), the Internet works again, which is good. I just finished my second proposal for the American History essay without having to step foot in the library. I have a great love for Amazon.Com right now, since I used it to find info on all but one of the books (since it's an annotated bibliography...for the last one, I just guessed what it would be, based on the title =P)

I switched from Bill Clinton (who was too recent, I'm not surprised but I figured it was worth a shot) to looking at WHITE society in the Old South, since it's rather romanticized in pop culture, or eclipsed by the issue of slavery. I'm trying to not get caught up in slavery, though of course it will be an issue. It's just not the only issue.

I'm really hoping this topic works, because I'm getting rather interested in it. Of course, I was rather interested in the last one too.

I don't see any issues with this one though, there seems to be enough info out there for me to make a case ^___^

Oh, the JC House Cup is over, Hufflepuff finally was able to win, go them!
