7-1 shift today, which I really like because it's only 6 hours. Which is especially good since I cheated last night and went to bed around 10:30, only to get back up at 2:30 to check out what was going on (not much yet, though I am waiting eagerly for Sara to get up and have Tyre respond to what Jarek said XD) and then had some difficulties falling and staying asleep (time seemed to go insanely fast, so I think I had to be half-asleep at least).

I finally remembered to plug in my new money stuff into the computer and I'm doing better overall than I thought, even with the additional expenses raked in by the clock repairs, ink cartridge, and my eventual tattoo. Of course, this is counting money I don't have (this week's paycheque and that stupid painting cheque...grr, I think I'm going to email Dave again and ask what the hell is up with that) but I think I could safely order some stuff for my Jargara costume. I just looked at heat guns at Canadian Tire and found one on sale for $18.99, just emailed Dad about it. If I'm really lucky, he'll already have a heat gun...but I'm not counting on it. I do think it might be possible to send him off to get it and send it down, or get it and I'll pick it up when I'm there.

So I am debating giving Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) another chance. I did have the first episode at one point, but I honestly didn't find it that funny. Now that I understand it's concept a bit more...I still think it's honestly a REALLY bad way to start a series and it continues to turn me off. But maybe if I just skipped ep 1 all-together...I don't know. All this hype is having the same effect hype always does -_-

Plus I have a lot of stuff to get through. Honey & Clover downloaded so I want to figure out that soon, since the whole series is on my computer.

But now...I need to get dressed and get to work XD

Finally got to play WoW! Yay. Made a Dark Elf priestess named Eldonnia, she's pretty cool I think. Still learning how to do things, but I ended up getting into a party and because of that I learned to dance! Which is always fun. The party wasn't so great at protecting poor little level 1 chick though, I died twice. Second time I tried to get to my body and got stuck in the creepy dead world somewhere, so I quit. I don't think it's really worth it to search for you body.

So far not addicted but it is pretty snazzy.

I have another character in WoW, a female Troll rogue named Fayedra. I like her better than Eldonnia I think, though that could be a by-product of me knowing a bit more what to do. This time I pretty much kept to myself, doing quests...died once from some underwater beast ;_;

I think I'll probably try out a few more characters before I'm done. Still doubt that I'll be paying money to keep playing this, but we'll see when the ten days are up.

So, ordering some stuff for my Jargara costume finally, yay. My dad bought a heat gun set from Canadian Tire for me, it was marked down from $50-something to $18.99 so I was pretty happy. I also am trying to order some Fosshape from CosplaySupplies.com. I was debating between it and the Wonderflex, but I just think that overall the Fosshape will suit the overall needs of the costume better. Very excited to finally get work done on this after wanting to do it for at least a year.

No more money spending for me now though. I have Genbu Kaiden 4 on order from Hobbyton and it might arrive soonish...and I also want to try to find some more stuff for Dark Phoenix in Ottawa.

I also am seriously considering finally getting a little cheap sewing machine, because handsewing is just not fun or that great of a quality for me.
