Episode #2's

( Ep 2 of xxxHolic, Host Club, Princess Princess, & Blood+ )

So, I have all ep 3s downloaded and am working on ep 4...four is going to be the point where decisions are made, since that's as much as you can fit on a CD and if a series hasn't grabbed enough interest by then, I think it's pretty much lost it's chance (this is most applicable for Princess Princess at the moment).

I would like to do an icon challenge, they look like lots of fun. However, I think I really need to actually do my Desire sentences for 50sentences first, since the extended deadline is coming up for that I think.

So that's going to be a goal of today, to actually work on that again.

But I think I might join manga100 afterwards...just not sure what to pick. I was thinking of trying Paradise Kiss, since I love it and love Ai Yazawa's style...but I'm not sure there would be enough to actually do it (plus I haven't read/don't have all the manga yet). So I'm thinking maybe Alice 19th would work, there's a good amount of art, Yuu Watase is very iconable, and I have all the manga. Not sure yet though.

There, we finally have a tattoo appointment. July 14th, noon, with Buzz from Silverline. Our other choices were all not taking appointments at the right time. Also, Shannon let them know what I want so that they can get together ideas before we even get there (I still am going to get together some images of my own though, to make sure it turns out just right).

Very excited, this is FINALLY going to happen!

Okay, finally got WoW trial downloaded again and unzipping properly, yay. I think that's probably going to be my main activity of the night.

Went grocery shopping finally, after making a nice deposit in my bank account with a cheque from Mom and $87 in tips. The bank tellers were actually already closed before I got there, but the bank was open and one of the ladies there took my money, to be deposited in the morning, which was nice because all that change was HEAVY. So my bank account is happy. Except that I immediately went out and put about $100 on my credit card, between food and the new ink cartidge. But still, more money then before, and pay day is this Thursday.

Maybe one of these days I'll even get my cheque from painting -__-

xxxHolic and NANA report

Since I have been killing time while WoW installs itself REALLY SLOWLY (and tries to tell me that I don't meet the system requirements, even though my computer tells me that I do...very strange) I watched ep 3 of xxxHolic and ep 11 of NANA.

Anyway, WoW is up and running, but I want to defrag the computer first since I've been getting/deleting so many files.

Wow, I was just killing some more time while the defrag runs and decided to look for reference images for my tattoo. So I yahoo! image search for "wing" "tattoo".

First thing that comes up is this. Which is like, the exact design that I want, if not the right style (I want mine to look as realistic as possible).

Amusingly enough it's an image for a tattoo on an RPG character.

Edit: Also, this looks really cool...but OW that must have hurt @_@

So...this WoW thing certainly does take it's time to get going. Now I need to get a patch, which will take roughly 50 minutes to download apparently. Also, I am a bit not so happy that I need to give so much info to them just for the guest account...but okay, whatever. I don't think that I'll be able to afford to pay for this though, at least not on a regular basis. Especially since I have other things I want more. But I am interested in seeing what it's like, which is of course the whole point of this exercise.

I'm not going to get playing tonight though, since I have to get up tomorrow ;_;
