There, relish is finally finished, though without tumeric which makes me sad. I threw in a bit of extra ginger to try and make up for it, since they are in the same family (I believe tumeric is Indian ginger). Hopefully it turns out.

I think I'll go to bed pretty early tonight and wake back up at say, 2 or 3 AM and stay up until I'm on the plane. Because that would be fun.
