I slept a bit late today and so would have been late for Japanese and then found out about this from Sam (who wasn't going to Japanese because it's also REALLY cold). We figure we probably have a frozen pipe or something.
Luckily, Rick was already set to come out here today because we are having issues with the smoke detector, so now he gets to do more!
When it rains, it pours over on the chip road.
