i_paint_the_skyI love getting reviews for really old fan fic on FF.Net, even if it surprises me (I have a Harry Potter fic that still gets them occasionally which I wrote in high school and it always impresses me that anyone was able to even FIND it).
Just got one for my Sevenwaters trilogy fan fic that has the special aspect of me actually HAVING permission from the author to use the characters (Juliet Marillier is so sweet and ran a competition...and everyone who entered got a signed bookmark by her mailed to them, which was fun postage I'm sure since she's in Australia).
This is lovely. I very much loved the Sevenwaters trilogy, especially the first. In writing this you stayed true to the facts as well as the feelings, which is often hard to do. IT's a good job, and congratulations on being shortlisted for the competition by Marillier herself!
My day is off to a good start now ^_^ Which is nice, since I was woken up far too early today: there are too many people in this house leaving for 8:30 classes to let the people who AREN'T sleep in peacefully. That and the cat was whining a lot.
