I did dye my hair yesterday and I am really happy with how it turned out. As I had expected, this definitely was the colour I had wanted to use for Dark Phoenix but couldn't get, because it's a deeper, less orange-y red than the one I had used.

Also, dying short hair is SO much easier than long hair. All and all, I don't know if I'll ever go back to having really long hair again. Maybe the longer side of medium, but that's probably it. Too much hassle.

I think I'm going to watch some of the anime and Asian dramas on my computer tonight. I have the D-Addicts series of the months to go through, plus episode 1 of Romeo X Juliet. Also, with the current connection that's all I'll have for awhile. I really hope my TO place has a decent connection (anything that's not dial-up will do though XD).

I also need to start repacking stuff. Joy.

Dying long hair is the worst. It took like four hours to dye my hair purple for my Isabella cosplay last year O_o.

Will we get to see pics once you're set up again? :D

It's not so much the time that it takes, since I wasn't using costume dye like I assume you were (I can't imagine there is non-costume dye in that colour at least XD), but it's just harder to do without passing out from fumes and dripping all over the place. I'd never dyed my hair as short as it is.

I'll try to get a pic with my webcam, but it's not always the best when it comes to colour, so I don't know. I have a roll of film in my camera that I could use up and get developed though.
