i_paint_the_skyA MOST HORRIBLE EVENT HAS HAPPENED!
Okay, maybe not that horrible, but it isn't great either. I have to work tonight, because Biatha convinced me to take her shift, because she needs to get some stuff before she goes back to Zimbabwe next week. So that means I'll have done 6 days this week.
HOWEVER...good news is this 1) I am now working for significantly more, yay for minimum wage increasing, so lots of money which I do definitely need/want 2) Saturday night/Sunday morning is a shift that I like (especially the bus coming back that drops me off at my doorstep) and 3) I missed working with Jewels tonight because they sent her to Lakeshore and this way I will make up for it (though it just being the two of us kind of sucks...but oh well).
Anyway, I need to stay up for a few more hours in order to do laundry, because my uniforms desperately need washing and other clothes do too.
I've been re-reading Chobits, which I wanted to do for awhile but couldn't because I accidentally left vol 3 & 4 in Ottawa. But now I have them and it is lots of fun. I really love this series. It may have been de-throned from the favourite CLAMP spot by xxxHolic, but I still adore it.
Oh, and I've been having so much fun with Path of Radiance. I'm doing quite well in it too, I think. Except for the fact that Mist died. I'm sure she would have been a really good unit too, but oh well...I hate levelling up healers anyway (and my Rhys is looking to be awesome so I'll at least have him). Also, the games with awesome "lord" characters make me realize how much Eliwood sucks. Because he does.
