WHY ARE THERE NO NICE SHOES IN MY SIZE IN THIS ENTIRE BLOODY CITY? >:[

I am NOT amused.

We've bought everything I need for next year EXCEPT shoes. Which we've been looking for all summer. But the only practical shoes out there are UGLY. Except for two pairs of shiny red ones I saw which appealed to the side of me that always dreamed of having ruby slippers...but of course, one was a size too big, the other a size too small.

I said I would get some today, even if I couldn't find any I liked. Well, I didn't. I just couldn't bear the thought of paying for something that I would hate, I already have those stupid black shoes which I bought for work at the damn golf course -_-

I hate shoes right now.

Well...that was fun.

Because my dad is taking the week off work to do stuff around the house, he had to drive me to work today. And I thought we had arranged for him to come back at 11, unless I called to tell him otherwise.

Unfortunately, HE thought that I was calling when I wanted him to come.

And thus, I ended up waiting around for him for 2 hours, because when I eventually realized he was not coming, the phone was busy -_- I ended up getting Mom to email him AND getting Shannon to walk over here from her house...fun stuff.

But I'm home now, I cooled off in the pool, did some more painting, and now have The Bold and the Beautiful to watch. So it's good.

Oh...and I totally was rivetted to my seat watching Oprah get her ears pierced. The odd things you can see on TV.
