I don't know how it happened, but I have become a total Honey & Clover addict. And I hate slice of life. Well, not hate it. It just bores me to tears. IN FACT, when I first watched the first episode of H&C, I turned it off halfway through. I am very much a judge by the first episode type of person, because all the anime that I absolutely love has won me over from the beginning.

But now apparently there is an exception.

I blame Shojo Beat. If they hadn't started serializing the manga...because in short doses the slice of life was okay. And then the Ayu/Mayama/Rika triangle was introduced. And I fell in love (mainly with Ayu, because I love her and feel for her so much that she is regularly making me cry...actually, the last chapter focused on her in Shojo Beat marked the first time manga has made me cry!).

And now I'm only a few episodes away from the ending of the first season and I've surpassed the point I've read to in the manga and I can't wait for Viz to release the DVDs so I can buy them and watch them a million times over.

So, I've finally reached the vol 4s. Yay. I've seen them for both xxxHolic and Princess Princess. Both have been deleted, since while I did enjoy them, I can't see myself wanting to watch them again.

I still have major issues with xxxHolic's art. OMG the proportions ;_;

Pretty sure Host Club will also be deleted, while as I've said before, Blood+ is going to stick around.

Once I finish the vol 4s (still need Host Club and Blood+) I will take a look at Honey & Clover and see what it's like.

Watched more Sailor Moon with Margaret, it continues to be really fun, though again not something I need to watch again, unlike the S and Stars seasons which rock (yay Outers). Kunzite finally appeared, hurrah! Still having trouble with Zoicite as male.

And Nephrite is SO going to the Special Hell, but Mamoru will go with him to keep him company.
